We held our annual village Party in the Park to coincide with the Queens Jubilee on Saturday. Unfortunately the weather was not as good as on previous occasions but it was great fun and eventually wound up at 3am :) I uploaded a rather lengthy video to You Tube of which the last 5 minutes gives a good indication of the level of fun and the amount of alcohol consumed.

Got the problem with starting game with connect ip it was in rocmod folders still had in sof2v1. had never deleted em when converted game. Now works ok.

I think it is logical but madman played q3 first and always looks to where the things were there. he has a hard change to make so went fo sof2 back to q3

Degem if I were you I'd just delete both RPM folders, download whatever version of RPM you want to run and install it. I've never had a prob with RPM, you can switch from version to version but always delete the old directory first.

Thanks doogie and 50 for everything but problem arises when i start sof2v1 and believe something is left from old files. I have only ever installed sof2 once. I just move folders from old machine to new machine i never install the game. So there are old files in rpm and rpmpro that are changing config auto. Just gotta figure it out

Looking in my RPMPro directory I've got 4 zz_soundpack.pk3 files. Also Degem I think it's best to set download to seta cl_allowDownload "0" in your sof2 cfg file.

Its all in the download rpmpro 3.32 but then its asking for more ffs. Just have to keep turning downloads off

Degem if you install RPM there is a folder called RPMpro and that is where that z_soundpack file is on my computer.... you can open PK3 files using any unzip program such as winzip or winrar as the PK3 file is a zipped file....

Yes Degem that is right the z_soundpack is in the RPM pro download I use the 3.31 RPM version it is quite a nice mod you should install it......

It is not the ch server soundpack it seems to be a generic soundpack for rpmpro

its downloads i have it turned off but remember used to connect to bygames admins seat by using all seeing eye. Been searching base and mp folder to see if something left that keeps on turning on downloads. Because every time exit sof2 downloads turn on so have to continually set back to off but only when i connect with connect ip. In game browser does not change it.

Can't understand getting kicked for no soundpack Degem but if you go to the link you will be on the CH Servers page where you can find the custom soundpack and also the custom mappack for the server.....

Last night cud use connect ip on gold but ch server kept kicking for not having Z_Soundpack.pk3 cud not find it on ur downloads, managed to get on once so stayed on for a while but then just got getting kicked

ffs has ravensoft shut down main server or is it just a glitch. Used to use all seeing eye for connecting thing is can't remmeber what it is really called.
