Hi All, Shaun on the link you will find rpmpro 7, its the latest. Don't mess with the 1/2/3/4 it wil turn the rmg map to nicht vision and server or player that join may pc to crash. btw g_gravity in mapcycle whon't work

ok thnks for the advise. and about the map cycle i have a nother question : "rmgmap 1 small 2 desert 3 day 4 Metornity 0;set g_gravity 700" ect.. what does the 1 2 3 4 mean ? can they be set to anything or should it always stay at 1 small 2 desert 3 day 4 ? or can u change the numbers?

Hi Shaun..... the 2k3 RPM mod on the CH server is good because it gives better options for banning persistent cheaters by way of using subnet bans.... but the RPM V7 mod looks nice I suppose it is down to personal choice....

Just uploaded another New Map by MajorProblem to the Downloads page at link..... The map is called Refinery and it looks great with high gantrys to snipe from if that is what you like to do..... :D Great job MajorProblem... :P As usual unzip to your SOF2 base folder screenshots included.

Hi Shaun the command I use on RMG maps look like this command "rmgmap 1 small 2 desert 3 day 4 Metornity 0;set g_gravity 700" followed by the rest of the cvars. If you note the word Metornity it is the name of the seed. You can change this name to be anything and change the type also but test the seed out first using the map vote on your server.

Hello there im an old RMG player, recently ive set up a RMG server im having troubles setting up a nice small map dessert day cycle starting with seed 0. its really confusing, is there anyway anyone here could help me? { map0 { command "rmgmap 0 small 0 desert 0 day 0 test ? 0;set g_speed 300" cvars { scorelimit 10 timelimit 30 g_gametype ctf } would that be right? thanks for your time., the sever is called (A) ][ForevaUnchanged][ we have some old players back from VP such as iFl linkan and IFl lotus and old ][FU][ members and lots of UNIDS. please come for some fun,

I'm amazed it's still possible to find crowded servers without bots. This picture is from earlier today on Gold and a few minutes before the picture we were even more players. I DID feel like I had gone back to 2003 for a while. Everything was just .... perfect.

Infrequent just on rmg maps listen for footsteps. Of course u get the plonker that use goggles that are not meant to be used with sites and just camp and shoot. Watched them and they have crosshairs in sites

I much prefer all the old standard maps but you do not have to add them. I've found some OK servers with them (on Gold)... although they seem to be RD :-/

Let me know what maps you would like to play on the server and I am sure I could make a mapcycle that I could run when required, the problem with custom maps is that most people don't have them on their PC and then can't join the server.

Actually ... all of them. RMG is too open and there's to much running. And the other maps are converted single-player maps not suitable for MP IMO. I like the standard maps and some of the better custom maps.

Oh man I played terrible :) I don't use a super smooth mouse mat like in the old days - I'm actually playing on leather which is probably a very bad surface for fps gaming. I honestly cannot understand how people can enjoy those maps :-( Anyway, good to be shot by you, 50!
