Re: RMG_Desert

Hello Primus....
There are 2 ways to run a RMG Desert map.....

1 You can call a vote in the game and select the RMG type (Desert, Jungle, Snowy, Grassyhills) also Day or Night. You can also select the size of the map usually small is big enough.

2 You can add the command in a mapcycle like this.....

map2
{
command "rmgmap 1 small 2 desert 3 day  4 Metornity 0;set g_gravity 700"
cvars
{
scorelimit 30
timelimit 10
g_gametype dm
g_speed 350
g_gravity 700
g_pickupsdisabled 1
g_availableWeapons 222222222222222222222
g_motd ^3NEXT MAP ^&><^3Shop^$8^&>< ^3SCORELIMIT ^q40
g_friendlyFire 0
}
}
This is taken from the mapcycle in the CH Players Server.

Note the name Metornity... this is a name given to the particular "seed" so you have the same layout each time. By changing the seed name you get buildings or other features appear at different places on the map..... When calling a vote for the RMG map always put in a name and if you like the layout make a note of the name so you can always load that layout.

Hope this is of some help to you.
